Accuracy Test Data
1. LAN NTP Server, Burst Mode Enabled, 1-Minute Synchronization Interval
In nearly 2 hours of test data, network latency remained stable around 3ms, with time offset maintained near 0ms and maximum deviation not exceeding ±2ms.
In about 30 minutes of test data, network latency remained stable around 38ms, with time offset controlled within ±3ms (ignoring initial synchronization data with larger system deviations). This broadband network has highly symmetric uplink and downlink, resulting in minimal time offset.
In about 40 minutes of test data, average network latency exceeded 100ms, with occasional significant jumps. As shown, sudden latency changes cause corresponding jumps in synchronization deviation, indicating that network quality critically affects accuracy. In actual use, enable the delay limit function; setting the threshold to 150ms in this environment can effectively filter high-latency outlier data.
4. LAN Server Using GNSS Time Source, Comparing Standard Time with Display Screen Time
Others
Network Latency Display: Optionally display network latency in Area 3, unit: milliseconds (ms).
Screen Second Pulse: Quickly short-press the button 4 times to enter screen second pulse test mode.
LED Indicator: In normal mode, each quick LED flash indicates ongoing NTP synchronization; in Burst mode, flashing is more obvious and intuitive.

7. When does synchronization occur?
Synchronization intervals are configurable with no fixed time, starting from power-on. Options: 1 minute/5 minutes/1 hour/1 day.
Note: When milliseconds are displayed, the interval automatically switches to 1 minute.
8. What is the purpose of the coin cell battery?
The clock has an RTC circuit that keeps time even without a network. When powered off, the RTC is powered by this coin cell battery to prevent time loss.
Battery model: CR1220.
9. What does 'Err1' on the display mean?
‘Err1’ indicates the RTC chip has stopped oscillating, causing a time error or loss. Possible causes include battery removal, dead battery, or strong vibration.
Note: If ‘Err1’ appears, it will automatically switch to normal display mode after successful network synchronization.
10. Does a dead coin cell battery affect normal functions?
If the battery is dead, time will be lost after a power outage. In a networked environment, the clock will retrieve time upon power-on, so the impact is minimal with a good network.
The coin cell battery lasts over a year and typically doesn’t need replacement.
11. Why can’t I connect to the router?
① Most often due to an incorrect password; verify the WiFi name and password.
② The clock only supports 2.4G; 5G bands are not supported.

16. English character representation on the clock
Due to 7-segment display limitations, only some numbers and letters are shown, as illustrated below.
Day of the week in English characters:
NOn (MON)
tUE (TUE)
UEd (WED)
tHu (THU)
FrI (FRI)
SAt (SAT)
SUn (SUN)
17. Will the clock be affected if the manufacturer’s server is discontinued?
Core functions do not rely on the manufacturer’s server. Only these features require it:
① Weather forecast data
② Annual statutory holiday data (can be manually set yearly)
③ OTA updates
Thus, the clock remains usable even if the server is discontinued.
18. How do I reset to factory settings?
Two methods:
① Access the configuration interface and select the reset option in [System Settings].
② With power off, hold the red button on the back, then power on. The clock enters factory test mode (white area shows time + green area shows version), resetting all parameters. Power on again to complete.
Note: All settings will be reset and require reconfiguration.
19. Does the voice announcement function rely on the network?
Voice files are stored locally and work offline.
Note: Weather data requires a network; without it, weather announcements are unavailable, but time announcements and alarms are unaffected.
